I want my life to be marked by how much I loved people. Starting with my husband, Zach and our daughter, Ada.  Zach is a gift in my life, perfectly timed and undeserved. I never thought I would be the girl who fell for a boy who lived down the road and married by 21.  BUT God is good and created and life is forever catching me by surprise.   

In January of 2015 my life changed forever when Ada made me a mother. I fell in love with our baby girl. I have discovered  being her mother is the most important work I will ever do. My deepest passion is being a wife and a mother and documenting my own family life. I regularly shoot lifestyle family sessions and wedding in Charleston and Atlanta were we have recently settled for Zach to begin his residency in Orthopedic Surgery.

I want you to know about me, because I will ask you to let me into the most sacred day of your life. I will be honest, I never thought I would be a wedding photographer. I picked up a camera at age 7 and went to college and fell in love with all the old processes of film and developing my own images. I dreamed of traveling and photographing the farthest corners of the world. Then I shot my first wedding and couldn't get enough! I love it. I think it's a really BIG deal.  You are committing to each other forever, you are surround by all your favorite people in the world, these photos are the only keepsakes that will last for generations and I take that very seriously.
